inspired by this amazing looking dessert recipe here, i tried making my own version of a s'mores mug cake today. s'mores was probably THE most wonderful dessert i've tasted in LA (almost tying with Diddy Reese's Ice Cream Sandwich, but only almost). the ordinarily-looking clump of goodness was a combination of marshmallows, melted chocolate and golden graham cracker crumbs... in that moment when i first tasted it, it was as if rainbows and sugar clouds and cotton candy exploded in my mouth all at once. I WAS SO HAPPY. so imagine my excitement when i saw this recipe on the net that promised almost minimal effort with the most amazing s'mores cake.

looks not bad huh? but the end-product was too dry. sigh, i was really looking forward. guess there's always next time...
