seriously obsessing over this en suite car porch feature at Hamilton Scotts right now -- this has to be one of my top dream things to have in a house and KOP has already made it come true. apparently the car is parked right inside your apartment (get this: this is not a landed property) via a glass car elevator from the basement. weird thoughts like wondering if it's possible to access other people's apartments started to emerge (effects of too many spy adventure movies) but then apparently the owner has to get out and go through this biometric system to get up. aw wells. but anyway, talk about the epitome of luxury living... it's like having your own autocar showroom in your apartment! the inner boy in me is hyperventilating.
